This locomotive produced by Peco belongs to the "N-6.5 Great Little Train Kits" range.
It is a model of a Beyer-Peaccock Tram Locomotive designed for the Glyn Valley Tramway.
This whitemetal kits are to be used with a Märklin Miniclub 0-6-0 chassis.
In the assembly of this kit Carr's solder and flux were used.
I used a 60W soldering iron, not the best option for this type of work. A temperature controlled iron is a must for whitemetal work.
The model was airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics.
I have already ordered the works and namplates for the loco (more on this later). When they arrive the model will be finished with Tamiya clear coat.
The donor chassis is on it's way from Germany.
